How is the chicken jerky made?
The chicken jerky from Misu Pet Club is made using fresh, 100% human-grade chicken meat, bones, and organs sourced from trusted Malaysian suppliers. After grinding and mixing the chicken meat with vegetables and fruits, it is gently air-dried at low temperatures to preserve the natural nutrients present in the raw ingredients.
How long does the food remain fresh?
The air-dried chicken jerky from Misu Pet Club can last up to 6 months when unopened, and up to 8 weeks after opening when stored in a cool and dry area. (Terms and conditions apply)
Is the food allergy-friendly?
Yes. The chicken jerky from Misu Pet Club is allergy-friendly because it is made using fresh, 100% human-grade chicken, with no highly processed chicken meals or cheap fillers that could cause allergic reactions.
A natural and minimally processed diet is often the best solution for allergies or intolerances. Misu Pet Club jerky is also significantly lower in carbohydrates (∼5% vs. 35-70% for kibble), which can help to reduce dry and itchy skin, as well as other common allergy symptoms.

Is there any free delivery service?
Yes, We offer free local courier door-step delivery for Singapore address with minimum purchase of $50.00, if order fall below $50.00 there will be a delivery fees of $8.00 apply upon check out.

When will i receive my orders?
Our local delivery (SG) will take about 1-3 working days after we fulfilled your order and picked up by our courier partner.
Delivery are from Monday - Saturday, except public holidays & sunday. There is no specific timing when will the delivery man deliver your parcel, if no one at home, the driver will drop you a messages or call you to ask for further instructions.
What if no one at home?
Our delivery partner will do 3 attempts for your delivery. Order will be returned to us after 3 failed attempts. any re-delivery will subjected to re-delivery fees.
If driver were instruct to leave the parcel in riser or door step or shoe cabinet there will be POD or Call Logs be provided hence if there will any missing or damages Misu Pet Club will not held any responsibility.
If order was returned to us, and you wish to cancel your order. delivery fees will be deducted from your order before we make the refund to you.
Example, your order is $100, delivery fees deductible is $8.00. you will receive refund of $92.00 only.
Can i make changes for my delivery address?
We can still change your delivery address if we haven't sent out your order. unfortunately, if after we sent out the order, we will not be able to make any changes of your order.
