Shipping & Delivery Polices
- Order $50 and above to get free doorstep delivery (excluding remote areas) from Misu Pet Club. For orders below $50, a flat delivery fee of $8 applies.
- Delivery will be made within 1-3 working days from 9am - 10pm on WEEKDAYS ONLY. If you require delivery on specific weekdays or other delivery timings, please leave a message at check out. However, Misu Pet Club does not have weekend delivery services. Flat rate of $25.00 applies to orders below $120 per one address. FREE delivery for orders above $120 per one address.
- Please note that Misu Pet Club will NOT be able to leave any parcel at your doorstep due to significant risk of contamination or food spoilage. Please ensure that someone is present to collect your parcel upon delivery. In the event that no one is around to receive the parcel and the courier was instructed to leave them at a safe place such as a riser, shoe rack, cooler box, delivery box, etc., Proof of Delivery & Call Logs will be provided and Misu Pet Club will not be held liable for any damages or replacements.
Delivery Time
- Deliveries are made from Mon-Sat (excluding PH eve & PH). For urgent orders, customers can contact Misu Pet Club for special arrangements at an additional fee of $10-$30, depending on their location.
Out of Stock Items
- If one or more of the items you ordered are out of stock, Misu Pet Club will notify you via WhatsApp. Customers can make changes to their order or request a full refund. However, please note that if the order amount becomes less than $50, a flat $5 delivery fees will apply.
Delivery Lead Times
- The current lead times for delivery from Misu Pet Club is 2-5 days depending on the items in the orders. Some items may take an additional 1-3 days to retrieve from the warehouse. However, Misu Pet Club will try their best to ship out the items as soon as possible. Most items are usually shipped out the next day and customers can expect the parcel to arrive within 1-3 working days after the courier pick-up schedule (except Weekends, PH eve & PH). The fulfillment time will be cut off at 12 PM daily.
